Before ordering please be aware of the following:

• This is our Shopify platform so it is NOT a timed checkout. Your items are NOT reserved while you attempt to checkout.
• Limit per person is TWO bottles ***If you exceed the limits we will refund ALL of your orders.***
  
• Bottles are ONLY available for brewery pickup and NOT available for shipping. The "SHIPPING METHOD" section is where you will select your pickup location.
  
• At checkout you must select TORRANCE or ANAHEIM for your brewery pickup location. Depending on your browser or checkout screen under the "shipping method," it might show up as a drop down view option. And by order Torrance is the first option.
• You must be 21 years and older to order.
• No proxies allowed. You must pick up your own order. Name on ID must match the name on the order.
• Pickups are available from Saturday 5/18/2024 through Sunday 7/7/2024 at only the brewery location you chose during checkout. If you are not able to pick up within this time frame please do not order.
• For pickup bring in a valid matching ID to the name on the order and your order number.
• Any orders not picked up by SUNDAY, JULY 7, 2024 will be forfeited.
• No refunds/exchanges.
• All sales final.

TWELVE-ISH

An imperial stout aged in OLD RIP VAN WINKLE bourbon barrels for 42 months. 16.8% 

A special beer indeed! Back in September 2020 we were lucky enough to source these barrels. It has been the only time we have seen available any barrels of the renown Pappy van Winkle collection of bourbon whiskeys.

We gave these barrels some extra time to condition one of our imperial stouts, and after 3.5 years the beer and barrels found its stride and it was worth the long wait.

It so happens that we selected the best barrels from the lot and packaged the beer during the week of our 12th anniversary date. After a couple months of resting in bottles, they are now ready. Kinda belated, but kinda fitting for a beer to commemorate our 12th year as a brewery!

500ml bottles. $48/bottle (plus sales tax). Limit is TWO bottles per person.
